Spring Cleaning and One off Cleaning
Spring cleaning is suitable for clients who do not need a cleaner on regular basis but just want one when the need arises. Our spring cleaning involves thorough clean of all areas of the property. Spring cleaning is excellent choice to refresh your property and clean off the clutter.
Spring cleaning checklist
Kitchen
- Doors scrubbed
- Clean sink and taps and remove lime scale and polish where required
- Clean inside all cupboards and drawers
- Wash and polish all work surfaces
- Floors to be cleaned, hovered and moped
- Oven to be cleaned externally and internally to remove all built up grease
- Tiles to be cleaned
- All skirting to be dusted
- Light fitting to be cleaned
- Dishwasher cleaned inside/out
- Washing machine cleaned inside/out
- Bins to be cleaned inside/out
- Microwave to be cleaned inside/out
- Fridge to be cleaned inside/out
Bathroom
- Tiles to be cleaned, shower screen and floor
- Bath to be cleaned
- Toilet to be cleaned
- Mirrors to be cleaned
- Any cupboards or fixtures and fittings to be cleaned
- All skirting to be dusted and marks wiped off
- Light fittings to be cleaned
- Windows and doors to be cleaned
- Floors to be washed and polished
Bedrooms
- Windows and doors to be cleaned
- All furniture to be wiped over, inside and outside of cupboards and wardrobes
- Light fittings to be cleaned
- Full vacuum under bed and carpets and mop if applicable
- Cleaning of mirrors and pictures
- Cleaning of skirting boards
Lounge
- Windows and doors to be cleaned
- Clean inside/out cupboards
- Wipe clean all furniture
- Full vacuum under sofas and chairs including moving all cushions and cleaning behind, mop if applicable
- Cleaning of skirting boards
- Cleaning of TV’s, DVD’s, and other electronic equipment
- Cleaning of mirrors and pictures
Hallway and stairs
- Vacuuming of stairs and hallways, mop if applicable
- Skirting boards to be cleaned
- Light fittings to be cleaned
Please note: Windows are cleaned from inside only. Fridges and freezers should be emptied prior to our arrival and turned off and defrosted to clean them. We will do our best to clean your appliances to high standard; however we will not be liable for ingrained dirt that cannot be removed using chemicals. Cupboards and wardrobes should be empty prior to our arrival in order to be cleaned. We also do not wash or clean painted walls and exterior of the property such as balconies, gardens and garages. Any complaints should be addressed to Simply Cleaning within 24 hours of completion of the job.
