End of tenancy cleaning checklist:
Kitchen Spring Cleaning
- Doors scrubbed
- Clean sink and taps and remove lime scale and polish where required
- Clean inside all cupboards and drawers
- Wash and polish all work surfaces
- Floors to be cleaned, hovered and moped
- Oven to be cleaned externally and internally to remove all built up grease
- Tiles to be cleaned
- All skirting to be dusted
- Light fitting to be cleaned
- Dishwasher cleaned inside/out

- We Clean the Oven as part of Our End of Tenancy Cleaning
We will not try to wash the walls and the ceilings. This is because when treated the paint can be damaged. We will however clean all cobwebs. Not included in the end of tenancy cleaning are: carpet cleaning, exterior windows, walls cleaning, any external areas (patios, gardens, external staircases, parking spaces, balconies, terraces). Please also note that we don’t defrost freezers. The freezer has to be defrosted by the customer so that our cleaning team can clean it inside and out. Please also ensure that the property is free from personal belongings so that we can clean it thoroughly everywhere. The cleaners will not take bags of rubbish left by the tenants.
Please note that due to the nature of our works we don’t provide refunds but free follow up visits. We would also need up to 4 working days to arrange a re-clean. Arranging same day re-clean service is not always possible.
Our end of tenancy cleaners work any day of the week from 08.00 to 19.00 including Public and Bank holidays. A surcharge of £10 is applicable on appointments to be completed on Sundays and Bank Holidays
We’ll do our best to remove all the stains from your carpets but we can’t give 100% stain removal guarantee as this will depend on many factors such as nature and duration of the stain.
