End of Tenancy Cleaning & Pre-Tenancy Cleaning London
We at Citi Clean can provide you with professional end of tenancy cleaning service at short notice often on the same day. We understand how stressful it can be to find cleaners at a very last minute and we’ll do our best to help you. Please note that short notice bookings will depend on availability. We normally book services to commence either at 08am or 2pm. The latest we can start is at 2:30pm for small properties such as studio and 1 bedroom flats.
Please also note that unlike some of our competitors we won’t charge you extra for short notice bookings. The end of tenancy cleaning prices can be accessed here.
End of Tenancy Cleaning Checklist
Typical end of tenancy cleaning service includes cleaning all the rooms in the property internally. You can see a sample of our cleaning checklist below broken down in separate areas:
Kitchen – in the kitchen we clean all appliances such as oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. Please note that the freezer needs to be defrosted before we arrive so that we can clean it inside and out. We will also clean kitchen cupboards, kitchen top, sink and tiles.
Bathroom – We will descale the bathroom and the toilet. We’ll also wipe clean the tiles, mirrors leaving them smear free. Please note that some toilets may develop heavy limescale below the water line. We’ll treat the toilet’s limescale, but we can’t guarantee 100% limescale removal below water line. Further, some properties may develop mould on the ceiling. We won’t be able to remove the mould from the ceiling as paint damage may occur
Bedroom – Here we’ll vacuum behind and under furniture including: beds, wardrobes, and chest of drawers. Please note that we might require help in moving beds so that we can clean behind and under them. Wiping the skirting bords, light fittings, doorframes, internal windows and picture frames is also included.
Lounge/Living room – We’ll clean behind and under the sofa, armchairs and other furniture. We might require help for some large items. We’ll wipe the TV’s, internal windows, mirrors, skirting boards, door frames, light fittings, vacuum and mop the floors. Please note that cleaning the balcony windows externally is not included. If reachable we can clean windows externally for an additional charge.
Hallway/stairs – We’ll wipe the skirting boards, door frames, light fittings, mirrors, vacuum and mop the floors. Please note that we don’t clean walls as when treated the paint can be damaged.
FAQ
Can I order a service on the same day?
We’ll do our best to provide you with a service often on the same day, but note that this will depend on availability.
Do you clean windows externally?
For an additional charge, we can clean windows externally only if they are easily accessible without the need of a ladder.
Do you clean walls?
We don’t clean walls as when treated the paint can be damaged. Further, wall cleaning is not an end of tenancy cleaning requirement.
Do you bring your own tools?
Yes, we’ll bring everything we need ourselves including hoover and mop.
Do you guarantee your service?
Please note that we have a 7 days guarantee service for an end of tenancy cleaning service only.
Is carpet steam cleaning included?
No. The carpet cleaning service is a separate service that needs to be added to your end of tenancy cleaning should it be required.
Do I have to pay for parking?
You don’t have to worry about parking. We’ll handle this ourselves
Move in/out Cleaning & One off Cleaning
Please note that our move in/out cleaning and one off cleaning services are similar to our end of tenancy cleaning hence the price is the same. In these services we would clean the whole property from top to bottom as we would for an end of tenancy cleaning. We would also supply all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the job.
